Fluorescence In Vivo Imaging System

FOBI is an In Vivo Imaging System using fluorescence. Fluorescence In Vivo Imaging has various applications such as Tumorization, Stem Cell Tracking, Immune Cell Tracking, Drug Tracking, Plant Gene Expression, etc. In addition to In Vivo, Ex Vivo and In Vitro (Microtube or Plate) images are also available, so you can conduct image experiments in various ways. Luminescence In Vivo Imaging System

LUCI is an In Vivo Imaging System that can acquire images using Luciferase-Luciferin. It uses EM-CCD with 95% Quantum Efficiency and cools down to -80°C, so it has the best sensitivity. It has the smallest size of 40 x 40 x 57cm (W x L x H) among the Luminescence In Vivo Imaging Systems. Using One Click Imaging, you can acquire and analyze images very easily.

Luminescence In Vivo & Chemi-Doc

Lumi is a multipurpose In Vivo and In Vitro luminescence imaging system. It has slightly lower sensitive compare to LUCI (~80%). However, it still can be used for general In Vivo luciferase imaging purpose. Because of the superior sensitivity of EM-CCD sensor compared to CMOS sensor installed in general chemi-doc system, Lumi also shows excellent results of Western Blotting imaging.

Fluorescence In Vivo Light Box

It is a device that can check fluorescence simply by using the light source and filter used in FOBI. There is no camera, but the fluorescence of the sample can be visually checked through the upper window.

FluoroBox is optimized for DNA gel imaging using EtBr replacement reagent using Blue LED. Gel cutting is convenient through the upper door and the door on both sides. It has a compact size. Since it can be used on top of a UV-transilluminator, it is also possible EtBr DNA gel imaging.
