Lumi is a multipurpose In Vivo and In Vitro luminescence imaging system. It has slightly lower sensitive compare to LUCI (~80%). However, it still can be used for general In Vivo luciferase imaging purpose. Because of the superior sensitivity of EM-CCD sensor compared to CMOS sensor installed in general chemi-doc system, Lumi also shows excellent results of Western Blotting imaging.
